Every. Basmati Buzz, 300 g plant-based yogurt, 1/2 cucumber, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 lemon, salt & pepper
For the flatbread:300 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of sugar, 1/2 tsp cumin, 160 ml plant-based milk, 50 ml liquid plant-based butter, 1 tbsp olive oil
For the flatbread, put the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cumin in a bowl. Add the liquid butter and milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out into round patties on a floured work surface. Heat a dash of olive oil in a frying pan. Bake the dough patties over medium heat for about 2 minutes on both sides.
For the tzatziki, peel the cucumber and garlic and chop both finely. Mix them together with the yogurt in a bowl. Add the olive oil and blend. Season with salt and pepper and add fresh lemon juice to taste.
Add the basmati buzz bowl to a pan and prepare. Serve on two plates, add the tzatziki and the pan bread and garnish with some fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy fresh!
