To prepare, heat the Jack-Chili Bowl in a skillet with a little oil. Let it cook for about 8-10 minutes with the lid closed. For the sour cream, peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix together with the low-fat quark, a dash of water and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper and add a dash of lime juice to taste. Fill the tacos with the jack chili and sour cream. Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle with a squeeze of lime juice. Enjoy fresh.
