Green Boost Salad

Turn the Green Boost Bowl into a delicious summer salad with fruity nectarines combined with vegan goat cheese in three easy steps. Here's what you need to make it: 

Green Boost Salad
Ingredients for the salad: 
Every. Green Boost Bowl, 1 handful of green salad,1 nectarine, 100 g vegan goat cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Ingredients for the tzatziki:
125 g soy yogurt, 1⁄4 cucumber, 1⁄2 clove garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil

 

Open the Every. Green Boost Bowl. Separate the sauce pellets from the rest of the ingredients and heat both separately in a pan and let cool. Wash the lettuce, finely slice the nectarine and break the vegan goat cheese into small pieces.

 

 

 

Mix the sauce from the bowl with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to make a salad dressing. Place the salad in a bowl and arrange the Green Boost ingredients on top.

 

 

 

 

Garnish the salad with nectarine slices and the vegan goat cheese and drizzle with the dressing.
