This spelt "risotto" is full of hearty flavours. A creamy mushroom sauce that blends together our two favourites: button mushrooms and porcini. Paired with string beans, chestnuts and red onion. Rounded off with a splash of coconut cream, thyme and nutmeg.

IN THE PAN WITH LID (RECOMMENDED):

put frozen dish with 1 tablespoon of oil in a preheated pan cook on high heat until sauce is liquid

then let simmer for another 2-4 minutes, stir frequently

MICROWAVE:

put the frozen dish in a microwaveable container heat for approx. 6-8 minutes at 800 watts until all the ingredients are cooked, stir frequently
